As an Area Manager at TatvaCare patients platform, you will play a vital role in the business growth by driving product adoption among patients. You will act as the face of the TavaCare platform in your region and lead a dynamic Sales Team. Your primary focus will be on achieving targets and fostering a culture of growth, with a specific emphasis on increasing Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU). Your responsibilities will include managing the complete Doctor Acquisition process in your assigned region, from lead management to onboarding and customer success. You will analyze market requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product quality. Additionally, you will be a key stakeholder in the evolution of the platform. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 75%) for on-ground sales activities, as you will be expected to maintain regular contact with doctors on the platform through physical meetings. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree, possess 5 to 7 years of Sales/Business Development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role leading teams. While prior experience in HealthTech/Healthcare products is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in client and relationship management, and a target-driven mindset are essential for success in this role. You should be enthusiastic about taking on futuristic responsibilities and thrive in an on-field work environment.
