Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Horticulturist to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in horticulture and a strong background in plant care and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the hotel's gardens, greenery, and outdoor spaces.
Develop and implement effective horticultural practices to ensure optimal plant growth and health.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless integration of horticulture and hospitality services.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on horticulture best practices.
Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, sales, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes.
Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry standards is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or a related field is preferred.
