Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Horticulturist to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group, with 2-5 years of experience in horticulture or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the hotel's outdoor spaces, including gardens, couriers, and greenery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance plant growth and overall aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Provide expert advice on plant care and maintenance to staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using various software applications related to horticulture.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
