Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation and Assessment:

Meet with potential clients to understand their financial situations, goals, and requirements for home loans.

Assess clients' eligibility for various home loan products based on income, credit history, and other relevant criteria.

1. Loan Product Sourcing:

Research and identify suitable home loan products available in the market.

Provide expert advice to clients on different loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms.

1. Application Processing:

Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.

Liaise with lending institutions on behalf of clients to facilitate the loan approval process.

1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure repeat business.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the loan application and approval process.

1. Market Knowledge and Research:

Stay updated with trends, regulations, and developments in the home loan market.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Home Loan Advisor or a similar role in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, mortgage processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary package ranging from INR 3,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
