Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Cordelia Cruises and generate interest.
• Close sales directly on call by effectively communicating product features, pricing, and value propositions.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored cruise solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide up-to-date information on services and offerings.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure conversion.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide regular performance reports (call outcomes, conversion rates, KPIs).
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1+ year

  of successful experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing (preferably in international markets).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships over the phone.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales with confidence.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
