Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HK Supervisor to join our team at BVG India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping supervision and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of the organization.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning activities and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
