Job Description:
Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure they adhere to high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure that all housekeeping activities comply with hospital health regulations and infection control protocols.
Address and resolve any complaints from staff or patients regarding housekeeping services.
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring there are enough supplies on hand and ordering replacements as needed.
