Job Description

We are looking for an Housekeeping Supervisor who manages daily cleaning operations to maintain cleanliness and order in facilities for hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Schedule staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance.
Training & Development: Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
Quality Assurance: Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor, manage, and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
Guest Services: Address and resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping operations comply with safety and sanitation policies.
Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as maintenance and the front desk, to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance issues.
Reporting:Provide reports to management on departmental performance and operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
