Job Description

Review and monitor inpatients regularly. Respond to medical emergencies and deteriorating patients. Implement treatment plans as directed by consultants or registrars. Manage acute issues such as pain control, infections, or complications. Perform basic procedures like cannulation, catheterization, venepuncture, ECGs, etc. Assist with more advanced procedures under supervision. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records. Write progress notes, discharge summaries, and handover notes. Communicate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and senior doctors. Take histories, perform physical exams, and admit patients with appropriate investigations. Organize discharge plans and ensure medication reconciliation. Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
