Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
