Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Planning

• Design and implement training frameworks for secured loan products and processes.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, audits, and stakeholder feedback.
• Create onboarding and refresher training programs for new hires and existing staff.

Process & Product Training

• Deliver training on secured loan lifecycle: sourcing, credit appraisal, documentation, underwriting, submission to disbursement, and post-disbursement.
• Ensure strong understanding of property types, loan types in HL, legal & technical verification, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Train teams on regulatory guidelines, compliance, and internal policies.
• In depth understanding of process from lead generation till final transaction/registry process

Content Development

• Develop training materials such as SOPs, process flows, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
• Update content regularly based on policy changes, audits, and process enhancements.

Quality & Performance Management

• Conduct assessments, certifications, and post-training evaluations.
• Track training effectiveness using KPIs like productivity, TAT, error rates, and quality scores.
• Partner with Quality and Operations teams to close skill gaps.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and HR teams.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with training documentation and evidence.

Team Development

• Coach and mentor trainers .
• Build a strong knowledge culture within secured loan operations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Secured Loan products

  (Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage).
• In-depth understanding of credit, legal, technical, and valuation processes.
• Excellent training delivery, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into training actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of RBI / regulatory guidelines.
• Understanding of policies of different banks and NBFCs and PSUs

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 10-12 years of experience in Secured Loan operations, training, or credit.
• Minimum 5 years in a training with people development role.
• Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Banking industry preferred.
