We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BFSI trainer to conduct high-quality, interactive, and practical training sessions for our banking aspirants. The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to provide learners with the necessary domain knowledge, functional skills, and industry insights to prepare them for employment and succeed in interviews at renowned BFSI companies. Moreover, the trainer will also focus on coaching candidates to enhance their interview preparation skills and provide foundational soft skills training. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA/PG preferred) along with 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector or in a training/teaching capacity. A strong understanding of retail banking, financial products, and regulatory norms is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also crucial, coupled with a genuine passion for educating and guiding freshers and early-career professionals. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and G-drive, is required. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, and knowledge of a regional language would be advantageous.,

Design and deliver engaging training programs on BFSI topics including banking operations, financial products, compliance, risk, insurance, and customer service. Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions across centers within the state. Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments and feedback from stakeholders. Ensure all training content and materials are aligned with current industry standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare training reports, assessments, and feedback summaries for continuous improvement. Coordinate with subject matter experts and business leaders for content updates and program delivery. Maintain strong learner engagement and adapt training style as per audience profile
