Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales – Relationship Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our design experts. Your role will focus on driving new business through proactive outreach, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a delightful customer experience from the first call to project onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 100–200 outbound calls daily to reach potential customers.
Engage with leads, understand their home interior needs, and schedule appointments with our design experts.
Invite clients to visit our world-class Experience Centers for personalized consultations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2–5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in B2C or Edtech, Real Estate.
Added advantage if they are from Interior background
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes with enthusiasm and persistence.
Passionate about interiors, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
