Job Title: Sales Manager for a Market-Leading Industrial PUF Panel Manufacturer Brand (North Region)

Sales Manager - PUF Panels

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for

    PUF Panels

    across Delhi/NCR and North India.
  • Identify and onboard

    EPC contractors, PEB fabricators, industrial developers, warehouse and cold-storage companies

    .
  • Handle

    project-based sales

    , including requirement gathering, product explanation, and solution discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for

    drawings, estimations, quotations, and order processing

    .
  • Conduct

    technical and commercial discussions

    regarding panel specifications and projects.
  • Negotiate pricing, finalise terms, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming industrial projects.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    PUF Panels, insulated sandwich panels, roof/wall panels, and industrial insulation products

    .
  • Experience in

    project sales / institutional sales

    in industrial building materials.
  • Ability to read

    panel drawings, layouts, and basic BOQs

    .
  • Strong communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing

    B2B industrial clients

    in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or cold chain.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with regional travel for Client meetings and site inspection.
