Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager for a Market-Leading Industrial PUF Panel Manufacturer Brand (North Region)

Sales Manager - PUF Panels

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans for
PUF Panels
across Delhi/NCR and North India.
Identify and onboard
EPC contractors, PEB fabricators, industrial developers, warehouse and cold-storage companies
.
Handle
project-based sales
, including requirement gathering, product explanation, and solution discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams for
drawings, estimations, quotations, and order processing
.
Conduct
technical and commercial discussions
regarding panel specifications and projects.
Negotiate pricing, finalise terms, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming industrial projects.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
PUF Panels, insulated sandwich panels, roof/wall panels, and industrial insulation products
.
Experience in
project sales / institutional sales
in industrial building materials.
Ability to read
panel drawings, layouts, and basic BOQs
.
Strong communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing
B2B industrial clients
in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or cold chain.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with regional travel for Client meetings and site inspection.
