Role & responsibilities: : Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions across various departments. Source, screen, and interview candidates for different roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and qualifications. Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels. Coordinate candidate interviews and provide timely feedback to hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a recruiter (minimum 2-3 years) with a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Hands-on experience with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in BPO Hiring/ Bulk hiring is a plus.
