We’re Hiring: Product Specialist Msc. BioTechnology – 3 Positions

Full-Time | Work From Office

About the Role

We are looking for highly committed and academically strong Msc. BioTechnology

You will collaborate across departments and play a key role in ensuring the scientific accuracy, clarity, and quality of all product-related information.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

• Create well-structured, scientifically accurate content for product pages, blogs, and knowledge resources

• Develop product descriptions, features, applications, and comparison documents

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all written content

• Support SEO objectives through keyword-aligned content

• Upload and maintain content within the company’s CMS

Marketing Support

• Conduct detailed web-based product and competitor research

• Assist the marketing team with product data for digital campaigns

• Contribute to SEO improvements, product positioning, and content optimization

• Support marketing materials for the website, brochures, emailers, and presentations

• Coordinate with designers for technical accuracy in visuals

Email Marketing

• Draft professional, clear, and informative email content for product promotions

• Assist with planning and executing email marketing campaigns

• Organize mailing lists and maintain structured segment-based communication

• Track campaign performance (opens, clicks, responses) and refine messaging

• Ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy in all email communication

Sourcing

• Research global suppliers and verify product specifications

• Assist in evaluating technical features, certifications, and product quality

• Maintain sourcing databases, product spec sheets, and supplier documentation

• Support email communication with suppliers for quotations, datasheets, and technical details

• Prepare comparative studies to support procurement decisions

Quotation Preparation & Customer Follow-Up

• Prepare accurate, professionally structured quotations based on customer requirements

• Maintain quotation logs, updates, and follow-up schedules

• Communicate with customers via email to clarify technical and product-related queries

• Provide timely responses and ensure a customer-focused approach in follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, sourcing, marketing) to support customer needs

• Assist in explaining product features, suitability, and scientific relevance

General Responsibilities

• Provide email-based technical support to customers

• Assist internal teams with scientific insights and product clarification

• Prepare product comparison charts, technical summaries, and data sheets

• Perform department-related tasks and support additional activities as required

Mandatory Qualification

• Msc. BioTechnology

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong scientific understanding and analytical thinking

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content practices

• Ability to prepare structured documentation and handle technical communication

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Customer handling, follow-up and email communication skills
