Job Description

Hiring: LMS Support Consultant Ads Email / Vendor Onboarding

Location:Bangalore

About the Role

Marketing Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to advertisers through
email, chat, and phone
.
Troubleshoot
campaign performance issues
and suggest improvements.
Deliver
technical support solutions
and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
Assist advertisers with
marketing concepts
(purchasing funnel, AB testing, ROAS, etc.).
Develop a deep understanding of
LMS products
and digital advertising trends.
Collaborate with teams for smooth process execution and new product rollouts.
Create
exceptional client experiences
by aligning solutions with advertiser goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Advertising concepts & terminologies
Marketing mix, purchasing funnel, AB testing, ROAS
Customer journey of a marketer Excellent
communication skills
(written & verbal). Experience with
online advertising platforms
(PPC, content marketing, search ads). Strong data analysis & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. Flexible to work in
rotational shifts
(early morning, afternoon, weekends).
