Hiring ITES Recruiter

We are looking for highly driven and experienced ITES Recruiters to join our Internal Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate should come from a recruitment agency background with strong exposure to high-volume hiring for BPO / ITES processes.
Key Highlights / Requirements:1- 5+ years in volume hiring.Mandatory experience in a recruitment agency, specifically as an ITES Recruiter.Proven track record of 15- 20+ successful closures per month (individual + team contribution).Strong expertise in sourcing for BPO / Voice / Non-Voice / Chat / Customer Support processes.Excellent command over screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement.Ability to handle bulk hiring targets under tight deadlines.Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Strong knowledge of job portals, social media sourcing, and referral hiring.Ability to build, manage, and mentor recruitment teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end ITES hiring for internal requirements.Drive bulk hiring campaigns for international and Niche BPO processes.Ensure daily sourcing, calling, interviewing, and closures.Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates.Coordinate with operations and management teams for workforce planning.Achieve and exceed monthly hiring targets.Maintain proper MIS and recruitment reports.Ensure quality hiring and high joining ratios.Follow compliance and hiring SOPs strictly.What We Offer:High-growth internal recruitment opportunity.Attractive salary + performance-based incentives.Leadership exposure and career growth.Stable work environment with aggressive hiring plans.
