Job Description

Position: IT Recruiter

Exp: 7 Months -3 Years

Notice: Immediate Joiners

Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

Source CVs from multiple channels , including internal databases, job portals, and social media platforms.
Screen, shortlist, and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and regularly update the internal candidate database.
Identify and engage candidates with the right skill sets aligned with organizational needs.
Hands-on experience in handling
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
requirements is essential.
Utilize sourcing tools effectively (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
