Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT roles with a focus on

  application development

  and

  technology hiring

  .
  
• Drive

  lateral and leadership hiring

  across development, engineering, and delivery teams.
  
• Prioritize and close roles requiring

  immediate joiners

  , adhering to aggressive timelines.
  
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and project requirements.
  
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and manage

  face-to-face interviews

  and in-office recruitment activities.
  
• Support

  full-day virtual hiring drives every Saturday

  , ensuring smooth execution and closures.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  
• Leverage understanding of

  technology roles, tools, and SDLC processes

  to better evaluate candidates.
  

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years

  of experience in IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
  
• Proven success in

  immediate hiring

  , especially in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  
• Strong experience in

  lateral and leadership hiring

  for

  application development

  projects (Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, etc.).
  
• Solid knowledge of

  software development methodologies

  ,

  project lifecycles

  , and

  technical skill sets

  .
  
• Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
