We are looking for Graduate Freshers interested to work in Non voice Chat process for ITES Company based out of Gurgaon and Noida Job Description: - Provide Customer Support - Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions. - Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
