Job Description

We are Hiring HR Support Executive

Location:Bangalore

Experience Required:

Note : Experience in HR /Recruitment/ HR OPerations is not eligible to apply

Qualification:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls to address internal employee queries
Provide accurate information and resolution in line with HR policies
Escalate complex issues to relevant HR teams when necessary
Maintain call logs, reports, and records in the HR system
Ensure excellent service quality and employee satisfaction
Adhere to process timelines and SLAs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year
of experience in an
international voice process
(preferably HR or employee support)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in
US shifts
(Night)
Graduation is mandatory
