Job Description

A team leader is someone who provides direction, instructions and guidance to a group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving a certain goal.

  1. As a Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team
    This includes making sure that each of your Teammates delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily APR sharing with team & expectation settings accordingly.
  2. Should Review agents daily/weekly/MTD Should conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
  3. Should be able to help advisor if any of process related issue occurs to them
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  5. Preparing roster and manage shrinkage Strong Oral & Written skills (English)
  6. Sound understanding of the key metrics involved in the customer Sales domain to achieve 100% customer satisfaction knowledge of excel and email communication.
  7. Should have Team handling skills Should be flexible to work in shifts & weekend, as per business requirements.
