Job Requirements :

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the internet industry.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects related to customer life cycle management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
