Job Description

Sutherland is hiring Technical Customer Service Representatives to provide professional, accurate and timely support. We're looking for tech-savvy problem solvers with strong communication skills, a focus on account security and a passion for great customer experiences.

Roles & Responsibilties

  • Provide prompt and detailed support to customers via chat, email and calls .

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and offer effective solutions

  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve problems

  • Build strong product knowledge and offer advanced troubleshooting Act as the customers advocate, identifying issues and suggesting improvements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, consistent service.

  • Patiently listen to, understand, and solve complex technical customer issues

  • Working with cross-functional support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support

  • This position may require that you handle various contacts types including : Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in International voice process or tech support.[mandatory]

  • Experience in trouble shooting technical devices

  • Strong experience in consumer technology

  • Basic Understanding of Network/WI-FI connectivity

  • Investigating, documenting, and resolving issues

  • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings

  • Problem-solving skills, thinking outside of the box

  • Proficiency with learning new technology

Shift Timings & Off: 5-day work week with rotational shifts Predominantly night shifts

Additional Information: Work from office Two-way cab facility available upto 25km radius from office based on the shift timings.

"Immediate joiners and NP -15 days are preferred"
