teams, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
• Create and implement regional strategies for revenue growth, ensuring penetration into new
markets and maintaining a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, supporting Team Leaders in achieving repeat
and referral business.
• Ensure the effective implementation of promotional plans, campaigns, and contests to drive
motivation and engagement across teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and make
necessary adjustments to strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with
business goals.
• Provide guidance to Team Leaders on client advisory, leveraging research and market insights
to support informed decision-making.
• Drive brokerage and volume generation at the branch level by fostering a high-performance
culture among teams
