Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Remote/On-Field

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, both individuals and corporate customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their food needs and preferences.

- Prepare and present quotations, following up consistently to close deals.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.

- Work closely with Marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Previous experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).

- A passion for healthy, homemade food and a commitment to our mission.

Telecalling Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location :Remote 

Shift Timings: Multiple shifts available (6 AM to 10 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our services and understand their needs.

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with customers.

- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads generated by the marketing team.

- Convert leads into sales by explaining the value of our services and addressing customer concerns.

- Update customer information in the database and manage call logs.

- Provide feedback to the team about common customer queries or objections.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).

- Patience and ability to handle customer rejections professionally.

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
