Role & Responsibilities

Increase the top of funnel by driving periodic BTL activities and generating referrals from prospective customers to build a larger prospect base.
Maximize virtual connects with qualified prospects using various digital and social media platforms.
Adopt need-based selling (tailor recommendations based on customer profile) and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
Ensure rigorous and timely follow-up on all prospects that are in-progress.
Update prospect information and track performance on the Lead Management System (LMS)/VYMO.
Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are completed accurately and on time.
Track policies logged at the branch to ensure speedy issuance.
Provide correct and complete product information to customers to maintain transparency and trust.
