Role & Responsibilities Increase the top of funnel by driving periodic BTL activities and generating referrals from prospective customers to build a larger prospect base. Maximize virtual connects with qualified prospects using various digital and social media platforms. Adopt need-based selling (tailor recommendations based on customer profile) and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy issuance. Ensure rigorous and timely follow-up on all prospects that are in-progress. Update prospect information and track performance on the Lead Management System (LMS)/VYMO. Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are completed accurately and on time. Track policies logged at the branch to ensure speedy issuance.
