We're looking for a talented BPO/KPO Recruiter to join our consulting team in Chennai and Coimbatore!
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients in the BPO and KPO industries.
- Source and recruit candidates for BPO and KPO roles
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO/KPO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
