Stakeholder Management:
Partnering with CEOs and business heads to define leadership requirements.

Market Mapping:
Researching competitors and creating talent maps for specific roles.
Head-Hunting:
Approaching passive candidates discreetly through networking, LinkedIn, associations, and referrals.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Shortlisting based on leadership competencies, cultural fit, and business impact.
End-to-End Process:
From sourcing to negotiating compensation, managing counteroffers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Confidential Hiring:
Handling sensitive mandates with strict confidentiality. Role: Non-IT

Leadership Recruiter Responsibilities:
