Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including 

  Boolean search

  , job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other online platforms.
• Effectively screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
• Stay informed of market trends,  contribute to talent strategy discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR/Technical background preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Solid understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Good Proficiency in Communication
