Job Description

Customer Service Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels (email/chat).
Assist airline customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and general queries.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards during all interactions.
Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in BPO/customer service (preferably in airline/travel domain).
Education:
Undergraduate/Graduate (Any stream).
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (V&A Assessment mandatory).
Shift:
US Shifts (Night shifts rotational).
Work Mode:
Work from Office.

Compensation:

Salary:
4.5 LPA + Monthly Performance Variables (Up to 8,000/month)
Annual Variable:
Up to 1 Lakh
Incentives:
Attractive performance-based incentives
Transport:
Free 2-way cab facility provided
