Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Collection Field Executives. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for collections roles across NBFCs, Banks, and related sectors, ensuring a steady and quality talent pipeline

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Collection Field Executives (field call center).
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, field sourcing, and tie-ups.
Conduct screening interviews to assess DRA certification, field-readiness, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews, drive bulk hiring drives, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipeline to meet urgent and ongoing manpower requirements.
Track hiring metrics, maintain reports, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with business/operations teams to understand manpower needs and hiring forecasts.
Support onboarding, documentation, and ensure compliance (KYC, DRA, background checks).

Key Requirements:

Graduate with 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC/Banking collections hiring.
Proven ability to handle bulk and field recruitment.
Strong sourcing network and knowledge of local talent markets.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly hiring targets.
