We are seeking an experienced International BPO professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service to international clients, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
