Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
