(1yr exp. with excellent communication skills are welcome.) Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in BPO or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory. Language Requirement: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) are mandatory. Roles & Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate or Senior Associate , you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through various channels: Inbound Calls/Chats/Emails: Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues related to products/services (e.g., Internet, Laptop, Desktop, Network-related queries). Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, following company guidelines and best practices. Problem Resolution: Clarify customer requirements, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions. Escalation Handling: If required, escalate issues to higher management or technical teams in accordance with the company's protocols. Service Delivery: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and meets company standards for quality and service. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and issue logs. Key Skills & Attributes: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze customer issues and provide suitable resolutions in a timely manner. Customer Orientation: Focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various types of customer queries. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of common technical issues related to computers, internet, and network connectivity (for relevant processes). Working Hours & Days: Shift Timings: Flexible shifts based on the process and role. (Rotational & Night Shifts) Working Days: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off. Salary & Benefits: In-hand Salary: 30000 per month (depending on experience and performance). Other Benefits: Performance-based incentives, growth opportunities, and a positive work environment.
