Digital Marketing Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, email, and content.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, forecast ROI, and optimize spend across channels.
  • Drive brand storytelling and campaigns that enhance engagement, visibility, and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and industry best practices.


Key Skills & Tools:

  • Strategic thinking and campaign planning
  • SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing
  • Performance tracking, analytics, and reporting
  • Team management and leadership
  • Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, HubSpot, MailChimp, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 8–17 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable business impact
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint preferred
