Job Objectives

Are you an experienced in BPO seeking a fresh challenge? Radical Minds is looking for skilled individuals to join their Premium Customer service

Position Highlights:

Location: Noida, Sector 57
Workdays: 5-day work week, with rotational shifts ( no night shifts for female employees)
Salary: up to 30 K CTC
Position: Customer Support Executive
Voice process

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Requirements:

Experienced in BPO is mandatory
Skills: Proficiency in English
Education: Graduates can apply
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
