Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Operations Analyst to join our new Business Operations team. This role is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our operations by transforming data and strategic insights into compelling, audience-specific presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in a technical field (like IT infrastructure or cloud) and a knack for visual storytelling, allowing them to bridge the gap between technical details and high-level business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communication:

    Create and deliver visually engaging and concise presentations (.ppt, .pptx) for various internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling:

    Translate complex data and business information (e.g., project details, financial reports, meeting minutes, KPIs) into clear, non-cluttered, and impactful slides.
  • Visual Design:

    Ensure all presentations are visually pleasing, using appropriate icons, consistent branding, and an intelligent color palette to effectively convey key messages.
  • Data Analysis & Management:

    Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and synthesize operational and financial data to support business decisions and build insightful reports.
  • AI Integration:

    Adapt and implement new AI tools and technologies to enhance personal productivity and improve the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in a technology-focused role within IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, or a similar domain.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with other presentation and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools for business productivity is highly desirable.
