Job Description

HR Recruiter

ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
BPO (Non-IT) roles
.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and manage interview drives and walk-in recruitment events.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Joining:

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, specifically BPO hiring.
Immediate Joiners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
Good understanding of BPO roles and hiring trends.
