HR Recruiter

ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for

    BPO (Non-IT) roles

    .
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage interview drives and walk-in recruitment events.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, specifically BPO hiring.
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Good understanding of BPO roles and hiring trends.
