Job Description

Responsibilities

The Cost Accounts Manager will oversee cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting to support business operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities Include

Generate finished goods and inventory accounting, audit, and control reports.
Monitor raw material consumption and losses.
Prepare monthly financial performance reports.
Provide financial support to other departments.
Ensure effective control of financial processes and deliver operational excellence.
Offer analytical support on key and new business projects.
Analyze accounting data to provide actionable financial information to management.
Lead budgeting and budgetary control activities.
Oversee factory and inventory accounting and maintain effective controls.
Evaluate and monitor project costs.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA/ ICWA or equivalent qualification.
14-16 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, financial management, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.
Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
