About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter with 2–3 years of proven experience in hospital, IVF, or clinical recruitment. The role involves sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical functions to ensure smooth staffing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, embryologists, paramedical staff, counselors, and administrative roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
• Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Support HR in employee engagement and retention activities when required.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in healthcare/IVF/hospital setup (mandatory).
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of HR operations will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
