Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary domain liaison between our development team and the client’s business team.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, clarify business needs, and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Provide domain thought leadership during client discussions
  

Domain Expertise & Opportunity Identification

• Understand, analyze, and map current processes related to subrogation, cost containment, claims review, overpayment recovery, coordination of benefits (COB), compliance, etc
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product enhancement.
• Evaluate client pain points and emerging industry trends to propose innovative solutions and value-add initiatives.
  

Requirements Analysis & Solutioning

• Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately documented and implemented.
• Review deliverables to ensure solutions meet domain expectations and regulatory guidelines.
• Support development teams with domain clarifications.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, specifically in subrogation, cost containment, claims management, or payment integrity.
• Hands-on experience working with payer/TPA systems, legal recovery processes, data validation, or audit frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience participating in or driving business discovery, requirements elicitation, and process optimization.
