We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educational leader for the role of a Headmistress 

for classes Nursery to V. This role is integral to ensuring academic excellence, operational 

efficiency, and the holistic development of students. The ideal candidate should be passionate 

about school leadership, possess strong communication and mentoring skills, and be committed 

to upholding educational standards aligned with NEP and CBSE requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: (for classes Nursery to V)

• Lead curriculum implementation, guide & mentor teachers, & ensure student well-being. 
• Conduct curriculum workshops, classroom observations, and provide academic feedback. 
• Monitor sports, performing arts, and co-scholastic activities. 
• Analyse exam results, mentor students, and initiate academic interventions. 
• Support the Principal in daily operations, admissions, and staff management. 
• Address academic concerns of parents, manage admissions, and supervise documentation. 
• Maintain accurate academic and administrative records, including ERP entries, event files, planners, and staff registers. 
• Guide teams for assemblies, events, medical camps, school trips, student council, and safety protocols. 
• Train and onboard staff, lead performance reviews, and build a positive school culture. 
• Facilitate innovation and integration of best teaching practices in classrooms. 
• This position demands high coordination skills, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality education and school culture. 
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience.
