As the Center Operations Manager at Little Genius, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Little Genius centers to ensure smooth and efficient functioning while upholding our educational standards. Your role will involve providing team leadership by motivating and guiding a team of center heads, teachers, and staff to maintain high performance levels and professional growth in alignment with Little Genius's values. You will play a crucial role in curriculum implementation by ensuring the consistent application of the Little Genius curriculum, assessing its effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments to meet the evolving needs of students. Quality control will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, including evaluating teaching staff performance, student outcomes, conducting performance reviews, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Maintaining strong communication with parents to provide updates on their children's progress, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the Little Genius experience will be a significant part of your role. You will also be responsible for organizing and conducting regular training sessions for teachers and staff to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver quality education. In addition, you will oversee center budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource management while maintaining the quality of education and operations. Compliance with local regulations and internal policies, along with preparing reports for the leadership team on operational and educational performance, will be essential aspects of your role. You will lead MaRRS partnerships by developing, managing, and nurturing partnerships with schools and preschools through the MaRRS program. Collaborating closely with educational institutions to align their needs with Little Genius's offerings and promoting the educational mission of Little Genius at school events and meetings will also be part of your responsibilities.
