As the Center Head/Principal at The Shri Ram Wonder Years in Faridabad, you will play a crucial role in leading and enhancing the institution's quest for excellence in holistic education. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing effective, dynamic, and inspirational leadership to ensure that every child can achieve their true potential - Ensuring high-quality performance in both curricular and co-curricular activities - Regularly monitoring teacher performance through class observations - Conducting staff meetings and planning institutional policies in various areas such as curriculum, teaching and learning activities, classroom management, guidance and counseling, and professional development of teachers - Overseeing the planning of the curriculum for all classes You will also be responsible for staff development by: - Providing training to staff members - Delegating work as required - Supporting the team and providing regular feedback - Developing second in lines for organizational growth - Orienting staff towards the institution's Vision, Mission, Ethos, and Culture In terms of school operations, you will: - Implement and review school operations systems and processes Creating a positive organizational climate by: - Boosting morale of teachers and students - Inculcating a sense of identity and pride in school members - Promoting a positive attitude towards the institution - Promoting a good work culture You will also focus on maintaining a positive image of the school by: - Interacting with parents and involving them in school activities - Working closely with the Marketing team to enhance the school's image - Suggesting ways to increase enrollment numbers Additionally, you will oversee administration by: - Ensuring flawless execution of events - Attending scheduled meetings - Monitoring adherence to the approved budget - Overseeing infrastructure along with the campus administrator Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Head or Headmistress in a reputed Preschool - Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed or NTT certification - Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality, outstanding school administration skills, and education management capabilities - Ability to manage staff, teachers, and parents effectively - Strong decision-making, time management, and commitment towards creating a productive educational experience This position is for female candidates only and is a full-time job.
