Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Headmistress for a full-time, on-site position for school located in Seoni in MP. The Headmistress will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative operations of the Pre-Primary wing of the school, ensuring adherence to educational standards, managing staff, and implementing school policies effectively. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, curriculum development, student discipline, monitoring academic performance, and representing the school in the community and to external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including team building and staff supervision
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, lesson planning, and educational best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain student discipline and foster a positive school environment
• Experience in administrative management and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable
• A master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with local educational regulations and standards
