Job Description

As an experienced Manager of International Taxation in the Food Processing and Agro Commodities sector, your role will involve overseeing tax compliance and strategy in India and multiple international regions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring regulatory adherence while driving tax efficiency for a rapidly growing global business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and other statutory taxes. - Manage Transfer Pricing compliance for cross-border transactions. - Lead tax audits, handle notices, assessments, and litigation matters. - Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies across multiple jurisdictions. - Partner with internal teams, advisors, and tax authorities to resolve disputes. - Support tax planning for expansion, M&A, and cross-border structuring. **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified CA with at least 10 years of experience in direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, and global taxation. - Strong exposure to India and international tax compliance, with experience in regions like Africa, Dubai, Canada, Singapore, etc. - Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agro commodities processing and packaging units is essential. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and tax authorities.
