Head Taxation

As an experienced Manager International Taxation in the Food Processing & Agro Commodities sector, your role will involve overseeing tax compliance and strategy across India and multiple international regions. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely filing of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and other statutory taxes. Your duties will also include managing Transfer Pricing compliance for cross-border transactions, leading tax audits, handling notices, assessments, and litigation matters, as well as developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, you will be expected to partner with internal teams, advisors, and tax authorities to resolve disputes, as well as support tax planning for expansion, M&A, and cross-border structuring. Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience in direct & indirect taxation, transfer pricing & global taxation - Strong exposure to India and international tax compliance (experience in regions like Africa, Dubai, Canada, Singapore, etc.) - Prior experience in manufacturing / food processing / agro commodities processing & packaging units is a must - Strong communication & leadership skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and tax authorities If you are a core taxation specialist with global exposure and a passion for building tax-efficient frameworks, we would love to connect with you!,
